Green and Gold

Open Template
Shift D to copy.
Close original

Resize 90% All layers checked
Image – canvas size 645 x 645
Delete credits, and four dotted layers.

This template is slightly off centre, so before I started I centralised all layers by deleting them, and repasting (Ctrl x, then Ctrl v). I renamed them as I went.
I do recommend taking the time to do this, or it may look a little odd.

Layers – new raster layer
Selections – select all.
Paste paper 2 into selection
Deselect

Apply mask
In layers palette – merge group
Stretch to all edges
Duplicate mask and merge both copies together

Element 11
Resize 40%
Paste above mask layer
Slide to top centre
Sharpen
Duplicate – Flip
DO NOT DROPSHADOW

Element 69
Resize 40%
Paste above CIRCLES 2 LAYER
Slide to cover top right circle.
Sharpen
Duplicate – Mirror – Flip
Dropshadow both.
Close template layer

Element 40
Mirror
Resize 40%
Paste above Element 69
Slide to bottom left corner
Erase the 4 shamrocks showing above the rounded rectangles
Sharpen
Duplicate – Mirror – Flip
Dropshadow both

Paper 7
Resize 10% then 90%
Paste above CIRCLES 1 LAYER
Slide to cover top left circle.
Sharpen
Duplicate – Mirror – Flip
Merge both Paper 7 copies together
Click on CIRCLES 1 LAYER
Selections – Select All. Selections – Float. Selections – Defloat
Selections – Invert.
Click on Paper 7 layer and hit delete.
Deselect
Give inner bevel of choice
Dropshadow.
Close template layer

Element 13
Resize 30%
Paste above CIRCLES 1 LAYER
Slide up and left to sit above the circle.
Sharpen
Duplicate – Mirror – Flip
Dropshadow both

ROUNDED RECTANGLES LAYER
Selections – Select All. Selections – Float. Selections – Defloat
Layers – new raster layer
Fill with colour #4d6a3a
Deselect.
Give inner bevel of choice
Dropshadow.
Close template layer

Paper 5
Resize 17%
Paste above THIN RECTANGLE LAYER
Click on THIN RECTANGLE LAYER
Selections – Select All. Selections – Float. Selections – Defloat
Selections – Invert.
Click on Paper 5 layer and hit delete.
Deselect
Give inner bevel of choice
Dropshadow.
Close template layer

Element 90
Resize 38%
Paste above the Paper 5 thin rectangle
(It should be perfectly placed)
Erase at sides
Sharpen
Dropshadow

STRIPS
Dropshadow

FRAMES
Paper 4
Resize 15%
Paste below STRIPS LAYER
With magic wand, click in centre of frame only.
Selections – modify – expand 6
Selections – invert.
Click on Paper 4 and hit delete
Deselect.

Paper 3
Resize 15%
Paste above Paper 4 layer
With magic wand, click in right side of frame only.
Selections – modify – expand 5
Selections – invert.
Click on Paper 3 and hit delete
Deselect.
Duplicate – mirror

Click on FRAMES LAYER
Give inner bevel of choice
Dropshadow

Tube
Resize 90%
Paste above FRAMES LAYER and slide up, and left a little
Sharpen
Dropshadow

Add copyright, close white background.
Save as a png.
