Open new image 700 x 700

Fill white.

Layers – new raster layer

Selections – select all.

Paste paper 10 into selection

Deselect

Apply mask

In layers palette – merge group

Element 38 (Frame)

Resize 90%

Paste above mask layer

Dropshadow

Element 5 (Trellis)

Resize 50%

Paste above frame layer.

Free rotate Left 15 and slide to top right corner of frame.

Sharpen

Duplicate – mirror

Slide this copy to the bottom right corner.

Dropshadow both

Tube

Paste above element 5 layers. Slide up and left.

Dropshadow

Element 18 (Blue Feather)

Resize 80%

Paste above tube layer.

Free rotate right 15.

Slide right and up a little so top of feather is about level with top of frame.

Sharpen

Dropshadow

Element 31 (Black branch)

Erase stalk on the right.

Flip

Free rotate Right 90.

Paste above element 18 layer

Slide to bottom left corner of frame.

Sharpen. (Branch 1)

Duplicate twice.

Slide one copy to the right. (Branch 2)

Second copy – mirror, and slide to far right. (Branch 3)

Dropshadow all three.

Element 1 (Flower branch)

Resize 70%. Flip.

Paste above Branch 2 layer

Slide to bottom centre

Element 16 (Grass)

Paste above element 1 layer

Slide to top right

Sharpen

Element 4 (Lavender bunch)

Resize 70%

Paste above element 16 layer

Free rotate Right 120

Slide to far right centre

Sharpen

Duplicate – mirror

In layers palette, move to sit below tube layer

Dropshadow both

Element 26 (Watering can)

Resize 70%

Paste above top element 4 layer

Slide right to cover the stems on the lavender bunch

Sharpen

Element 11 (Purple bow)

Resize 40%.

Paste above element 26 layer and slide right.

Sharpen

Element 10 (Flower box)

Resize 40% then 90%.

Paste above element 11 layer.

Slide to bottom centre

Sharpen

Branch 3 should be your next layer

Element 3 (Purple flowers)

Resize 65% then 80%.

Paste above Branch 3 layer

Slide to the bottom and right a little.

Sharpen

Dropshadow

Add copyright, close white background.

Save as a png.
