Open new image 700 x 700

Fill white.

Layers – new raster layer

Selections – select all

Paste Paper 07 into selection

Deselect

Apply 152mpmMask

In layers palette, merge group

Stretch to all edges.

Duplicate

Merge both mask layers together

Element 66 Word Art

Resize 110%

Paste above mask layer

Dropshadow

Element 60 Feathery Tree

Paste under Word Art layer

Slide to top right corner

Dropshadow

Using Ellipse tool – circle – width 16 – FG colour #a48cd1  BG colour Null

Draw circle above word art layer.

Objects – align – center in canvas.

Resize so it fits nicely inside word art circle.

In layers palette, right click – convert to raster.

Give inner bevel of choice

Adjust – add noise – Gaussian 35

Click inside circle with magic wand.

Selections – modify – expand 5

Layers – new raster layer

Paste Paper 13 into selection

DO NOT DESELECT

Layers – new raster layer

Paste Paper 14 into selection

Deselect

In layers palette, move paper 13 to sit below frame.

Move paper 14 to sit between Frame and Paper 13 layers frame

Click on Paper 14 circle

Reduce opacity to 60

Dropshadow frame.

Element 10 Branch

Resize 80%

Mirror

Paste above frame layer.

Slide far left and down a little

Sharpen

Dropshadow

Element 64 Bubbles

Paste above 10 Branch layer.

Slide far right

Sharpen

Element 21 White Rabbit

Resize 80%

Paste above 64 Bubbles layer.

Slide to bottom right

Resize 60%

Paste under 21 White Rabbit layer.

Free rotate Right 20

Slide right and down a little

Tuck behind Rabbit

Resize this copy another 80%

Close white background.

Save as a png.
